Fifteen monitoring points were established across both levels. Baseline OSB subfloor readings ranged from 38% to 54% at the main level and 19% to 26% at the basement ceiling drywall.
During the thermal imaging assessment, we also identified a separate cold zone along the full 16-foot length of the northeast basement wall — the characteristic pattern of chronic cold joint seepage from spring hydrostatic pressure.
